Hnry is an award-winning accountancy service for sole traders – a world-first tax admin solution that's re-defining the meaning of 'all-in-one'.

We offer expert support, a dedicated account, automatic tax calculations and payments, and software to manage individual tax admin needs.

Founded in 2017 and now in three countries, we’re New Zealand and Australia's largest accounting service for sole traders - we help tens of thousands of sole traders save time, money and stress.

Meet the Co-founders

Claire and James

James and Claire came up with Hnry after being self-employed themselves, and having to deal with the complicated time-suck that was tax and financial admin motivated them to build a better solution.

They launched Hnry in 2017 - and every year since they’ve been removing unnecessary stress and complexity for an increasing number of sole traders.

Meet Manasé, Hnry’s Head of UK

Much like James and Claire, Manasé has vast experience working as a contractor - so is all too familiar with the challenges of managing a business and staying on top of tax admin.

Since joining us, he’s been growing Hnry’s presence in the United Kingdom, by engaging with local partners and regulators, supporting UK customers, and building the Hnry team in our London office.
